Ground rules for using VADE HQ.

By accessing or using VADE HQ, including the public website, dashboard, rooms, Chronicle features, pricing pages, and paid services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VADE HQ.

These Terms apply to visitors, account holders, paying users, and anyone else who interacts with the platform.

VADE HQ is a digital life operating system designed to help users handle money and work, body and environment, relationships and emotions, and mind and meaning in one place.

VADE HQ may include guided systems, reflections, records, dashboards, premium rooms, quests, and other features that evolve over time.

We may update, expand, refine, pause, or remove parts of the platform to improve the service, protect users, or maintain system quality.

VADE HQ is intended for educational, organizational, reflective, and general guidance purposes only.

It is not a substitute for licensed medical care, therapy, crisis services, legal counsel, tax advice, investment advice, or emergency response.

If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, do not rely on VADE HQ. Contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional immediately.

You may use VADE HQ only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that places the platform or other users at risk.

You retain ownership of the reflections, notes, entries, and other content you create in VADE HQ, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate the service.

By using VADE HQ, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, format, and display your content solely as needed to provide, secure, improve, and maintain the platform.

You agree not to use VADE HQ to upload or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or harmful material.

Certain parts of VADE HQ require payment. Pricing, feature access, tier names, and plan details are shown on the platform at the time of purchase.

If you purchase a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation, subject to the terms shown during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.

Founder Lifetime access, when offered, is a limited founder-era product and may be restricted by volume, timing, eligibility, or platform conditions stated at the point of sale.

Your use of VADE HQ is also subject to our public Privacy page and any formal Privacy Policy that may later be published.

We aim to treat user information with care and limit access to what is reasonably necessary for operations, security, support, compliance, analytics, and service improvement.

No platform can promise absolute security. By using VADE HQ, you understand that digital systems carry some level of risk even when reasonable safeguards are in place.

VADE HQ, including its name, branding, layout, visual presentation, sibling framework, copy, room systems, and underlying platform materials, is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected parts of VADE HQ.

We do our best to keep VADE HQ available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or error-free operation.

Features may change over time. We may add, remove, revise, pause, or replace parts of the platform, including rooms, systems, pricing structures, content libraries, access levels, visual designs, and integrations.

VADE HQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always meet every expectation, produce every desired outcome, or remain continuously available, accurate, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in these Terms and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date, post the updated version on the site, and take other steps as appropriate under the circumstances.
